Ingredients

1 oz Bailoni Wachauer Gold-Apricot Liqueur
1 oz Port wine, white, sweet
¾ oz Cream
1 Egg yolk

Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a shaker
Strain into a champagne cup
Garnish with ground nutmeg
