Ingredients

1 ½ oz   Spirit of Hven Hvenus Rye Whiskey
1oz         Vergnano Mirtillo Organic Liqueur
3              Thyme sprigs
1oz         Ginger Beer
3 dashes By the Dutch Classic Bitters
Garnish with lemon twist

Instructions

Add thyme and bitters to mixing glass, muddle
Add rye whiskey and Mirtillo with ice, stir
Strain into ice filled rocks glass
Top with ginger beer
Garnish with sprig of thyme and lemon twist
