Ingredients

2 oz Polugar No 4 Honey & Allspice
¾ oz Lemon juice
½ oz Ginger Shrub
¾ oz Honey Syrup (1:1 honey:water)
2 dashes Scrappy’s Firewater

Instructions

Shake all ingredients with ice
Strain into a chilled martini glass
Garnish with 1 dash Scrappy’s Aromatic Bitters
