2 oz     No 10 Juniper
¼ oz    Drapo Rosso Vermouth
2d        Vergnano Maraschino Liqueur
2d        FAIR Kumquat Triple Sec
2d        By the Dutch Classic Bitters
Garnish with lemon zest

Instructions

Add ingredients to glass with ice, stir
Strain into coup
Garnish with lemon zest

Ingredients

1 ¼ oz Polugar No 4 Honey & Allspice
½ oz    Drapo Vermouth Rosso
¼ oz    Senior’s Genuine Clear Curacao Triple Sec
1 ¼ oz Red Wine
1 oz     Lemon juice
½ oz    Simple syrup
1 dash Chocolate bitter

Instructions

Add ingredients to shaker with ice, shake
Strain into wine glass

1oz         Shortcross Gin
1oz         Drapò Rosso Vermouth
¾ oz       Lemon Juice
¾ oz       Simple Syrup
Club Soda
Garnish with 1 slice Cucumber and 1 slice Strawberry

Instructions

Add all ingredients (not soda) to shaker with ice, shake
Strain into glass with ice and top with soda
Garnish with cucumber and strawberry

Chinotto Soda

Instructions

Stir gin and Drapò Rosso Vermouth with ice
Top with Chinotto soda
