Multi-Grain Base Alcohol + Star Anise + Fennel + Vanilla + Cocoa + Secret Herbs

Artemisia Absinthium [ Grande Wormwood ]

Copper Pot Still [ Distillation ]

Complex, Savory-Sweet Absinthe Verte

Killer Bee’s Knees

Ingredients

2 oz Polugar No 4 Honey & Allspice
¾ oz Lemon juice
½ oz Ginger Shrub
¾ oz Honey Syrup (1:1 honey:water)
2 dashes Scrappy’s Firewater

Instructions

Shake all ingredients with ice
Strain into a chilled martini glass
Garnish with 1 dash Scrappy’s Aromatic Bitters

Spiced Sour

Ingredients

1 ¾ oz Polugar No 4 Honey & Allspice
1oz Fresh pomegranate juice
¾oz Lemon juice
2/3 oz Vanilla syrup
1/3 oz Egg white

Instructions

Shake and strain into chilled flute glass
