Production Process

[ Barley + Malted barley + Peated barley ]

Pot Still
Triple distilled

90% Barley and Malted barley distillate + ex-bourbon casks for 2 years then finished 1 year in virgin American oak

10% barley and malted barley distillate + imperial stout cask for 2 years

Blended
Peated barley* + Virgin American oak for 3 years

Wise Owl Whiskey

*Final product contains 3% peat

Recipes

Irish Coffee

Ingredients

1 cup – Freshly brewed coffee
1 tbsp – Brown sugar
1 ½ oz – Wise Owl Irish Whiskey
Top with – Heavy cream, slightly whipped

Instructions

Fill mug with hot water to preheat then empty.
Pour hot coffee in mug till ¾ full, add brown sugar then stir until completely dissolved.
Blend in Wise Owl Irish Whiskey and top with whipped cream.
