Ingredients
1 ½ oz 4 Copas Organic Kosher Tequila Blanco *
1 oz FAIR Kumquat Triple Sec
½ oz Lime juice
Instructions
Use lime wedge to wet rim of glass, dip in salt
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice, shake
Strain into salt rimmed glass
Garnish with rosemary sprig
