Frappé

Ingredients

1.5 oz    Enrico Toro Centerba 72
.5 oz      Simple Syrup
2oz         Soda Water
8             Mint leaves
2             Lemon Wedges

Instructions

Gently muddle mint and 1 lemon wedge in shaker with simple syrup
Add Centerba 72 and ice, shake
Strain into highball glass with crushed ice
Top with Soda, Gently mix
Garnish with mint sprig and lemon wedge
