FAIR® Belize Rum XO

Belize Rum XO is sourced and produced in Belize. The molasses is sourced from 6,000 different farming operations around the country of Belize. FAIR® Belize Rum XO is distilled in a single column still at Traveller’s Liquors, a local Belize distillery. The rum is aged four to six years in American White Oak Bourbon barrels. When Belize Rum XO has reached its prime, it is shipped to Cognac, France for bottling. Belize Rum XO comes from a single distillery and has no sugar added.

Wake Up Call

Ingredients

1 ½ oz  FAIR Belize Rum XO
1 oz       FAIR Café Liqueur
½ oz     FAIR Kumquat Triple Sec
1 ½ oz  Cold Brew Espresso
½ oz     Vanilla Syrup
Pinch of salt
Cocao nibs

Instructions

Wet rim of glass and dip in cocao nibs
Add ingredients to shaker with ice, shake
Strain into cocktail glass with coca-cola ice sphere

Dark and Stormy

Ingredients

2 oz     FAIR Belizian Rum XO
½ oz    Lime juice
2d        By the Dutch Classic Bitters
Ginger beer
Garnish with lime wedge

Instructions

Add Rum and lime juice to shaker with ice, shake
Strain into highball glass with ice
Top off with ginger beer
Garnish with lime wedge

Ginger Breeze

Ingredients

1 ½ oz   FAIR® Belize Rum XO
¾ oz      FAIR® Ginger Liqueur
½ oz      fresh lime juice
soda water

Instructions

In a shaker, add rum, ginger liqueur, lime, and ice
Strain into tall glass with ice
Top with soda water and garnish with lime wedge

Dramatic Trumpets

Ingredients

¾ oz    FAIR Belize Rum XO
½ oz    Germana Caetano’s Cachaca
¾ oz    Spirit of Hven Hvenus Rye
¼ oz    FAIR Café Liqueur
1d        Tiki bitters
2d        By the Dutch Classic Bitters
Barspoon Kalani Liqueur

Instructions

Add all ingredients to mixing glass with ice, stir
Strain into rocks glass with large cube
