Smokey Ginger Julip

Ingredients

1.5oz         The Legendary Silkie Irish Whiskey*
.5 oz          FAIR Ginger Liqueur
6                 Mint leaves
Garnish with mint sprig

Instructions

Gently muddle mint in glass with ginger liqueur
Add crushed ice to fill glass
Add Silkie Irish Whiskey and stir with upward motion to combine
Add more crushed ice until ice reaches top of glass
Garnish with mint sprig
Drink with a medal straw

*For chocolate notes use The Legendary Dark Silkie Irish Whiskey

Ginger Kiss

Ingredients

1.5oz         FAIR Juniper Gin
.5oz           Ginger Liqueur
1 very thin sliver habanero pepper
Garnish with 1 thin wheel of fresh ginger root

Instructions

Muddle habanero in shaker, add ice and remaining ingredients, shake
Strain into coup
Garnish with slice of ginger wheel

Ginger Breeze

Ingredients

1 ½ oz   FAIR® Belize Rum XO
¾ oz      FAIR® Ginger Liqueur
½ oz      fresh lime juice
soda water

Instructions

In a shaker, add rum, ginger liqueur, lime, and ice
Strain into tall glass with ice
Top with soda water and garnish with lime wedge
