Arabica Coffee

Roasted 20 Minutes at 200 Degrees

[ Dark Roast Whole Bean Coffee + Wheat NGS ]

Times 3 Weeks Maceration

Non-GMO Cane Sugar

FAIR Café Liqueur

Espresso Martini

Ingredients

1.5oz         FAIR Quinoa Vodka
.5oz           FAIR Café Liqueur
Roasted coffee beans
Mint sprig

Instructions

Fill Martini glass with ice to chill
Put ingredients in shaker, shake
Dump ice from Martini glass, strain shaker into glass
Top off with 3 roasted coffee beans and mint sprig

Bacanora Martini

Ingredients

1.75 oz Santo Pecado Bacanora
.5 oz Espresso
.5 oz FAIR Café Liqueur
.25 oz Simple Syrup (1:1)
Orange Peel

Instructions

Regal Shake (Shake with orange peel in tin) all ingredients together. Strain into a coupe.
Place Espresso Bean on Foam top.
