FAIR® Café Liqueur

FAIR® Café Liqueur uses 100% Arabica beans sent to Cognac, France where a slow roast technique is used to finely extract oils. After the roasting process, beans are infused for 3 weeks in non-GMO wheat neutral grain spirit. The liquid is filtered, then slowly reduced with fair trade liquid sugar and demineralized water for a perfect balance.

Wake Up Call

Ingredients

1 ½ oz  FAIR Belize Rum XO
1 oz       FAIR Café Liqueur
½ oz     FAIR Kumquat Triple Sec
1 ½ oz  Cold Brew Espresso
½ oz     Vanilla Syrup
Pinch of salt
Cocao nibs

Instructions

Wet rim of glass and dip in cocao nibs
Add ingredients to shaker with ice, shake
Strain into cocktail glass with coca-cola ice sphere

Espresso Martini

Ingredients

1 1⁄2 oz    FAIR® Quinoa Vodka
1 oz         FAIR® Coffee Liqueur

Instructions

Fill martini glass with ice to chill
Add ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake
Empty chilled martini glass and strain shaker into
the glass to create a rich, smooth froth

Bacanora Martini

Ingredients

1.75 oz Santo Pecado Bacanora
.5 oz Espresso
.5 oz FAIR Café Liqueur
.25 oz Simple Syrup (1:1)
Orange Peel

Instructions

Regal Shake (Shake with orange peel in tin) all ingredients together. Strain into a coupe.
Place Espresso Bean on Foam top.
