Production Process

Harvested from Huatusco Region, Mexico
Arabica Coffee

Roasted 20 Minutes at 200 Degrees

[ Dark Roast Whole Bean Coffee + Wheat NGS ]

Times 3 Weeks Maceration

Coffee has welcomed people to their day from many cultures for centuries. Being one of the most colonized commodities in the world, it is ever more important to give back to the communities that grow and roast coffee beans. FAIR shares 1% of its revenue with the co-op of 1,800 independent Mexican coffee farmers from where they source the beans.

Wake Up Call


1 ½ oz  FAIR Belize Rum XO
1 oz       FAIR Café Liqueur
½ oz     FAIR Kumquat Triple Sec
1 ½ oz  Cold Brew Espresso
½ oz     Vanilla Syrup
Pinch of salt
Cocao nibs


Wet rim of glass and dip in cocao nibs
Add ingredients to shaker with ice, shake
Strain into cocktail glass with coca-cola ice sphere

Espresso Martini


2oz FAIR Quinoa Vodka
1oz FAIR Café Liqueur
1oz Coffee
Garnish with coffee beans and cinammon


Add all ingredients to shaker with ice, shake
Strain into martini glass
Top with a sprinkle of cinammon and coffee beans 

Bacanora Martini


1.75 oz Santo Pecado Bacanora
.5 oz Espresso
.5 oz FAIR Café Liqueur
.25 oz Simple Syrup (1:1)
Orange Peel


Regal Shake (Shake with orange peel in tin) all ingredients together. Strain into a coupe.
Place Espresso Bean on Foam top.
