Vinas de Oro Pisco Premium Quebranta

Pisco Sour

Ingredients

2 oz Viñas de Oro Pisco Quebranta
½ oz Viñas de Oro Pisco Italia
1 oz Lime Juice
¾ oz Simple Syrup
½ Fresh Egg White
2-3 drops Aromatique

Instructions

Place Viñas de Oro Quebranta and Italia inside a shaker with ice;
shake vigorously for 20 – 30 seconds
Strain into a chilled glass
Finish with 2 – 3 drops of Aromatique in the middle of the cocktail
