Ingredients

2 oz     Polugar Wheat
¼ oz    Nocino
1d        By the Dutch Classic Bitters
2d        By the Dutch Orange Bitters
Barspoon TUVE Fernet
Orange Peel for Garnish

Instructions

Add all ingredients to the mixing glass. Add ice and stir.
Strain into chilled glass with ice.
Express orange peel over drink and drop in for garnish

Fernet About It

Ingredients

1.5oz     Spirit of Hven MerCurious Corn Whiskey
.5oz       Tuvè Fernet
.5oz       Lemon Juice
.25oz     Passionfruit Syrup
.5oz       Orgeat
Garnish with mint sprig

Instructions

Add all ingredients to shaker, dry shake
Pour into glass with crushed ice
Add straw and top off with crushed ice
Garnish with mint sprig

Tuvè Tonic

Ingredients

1 ¼ oz Tuvè Fernet
4 oz Ginger beer
Squeeze of lime

Instructions

Combine Tuvè Fernet and ginger beer in a highball glass filled with ice
Add squeeze of lime
Stir gently and garnish with mint and a small lime wheel
