Tuvè Bitter

*Carminic acid is extracted from the female cochineal insect to produce carmine, an all-natural colorant which can yield shades of crimson and scarlet.

Silver Mountain

Ingredients

1oz         Senior’s Genuine Curacao Triple Sec
¾oz        TUVE Bitter
¼oz        Drapo Bianco
1d           By the Dutch Classic Bitters
1 ½oz    Bailoni Gold Apricot-Frizzante

Instructions

Add ingredients, not frizzante, to collins glass with ice, stir
Top with frizzante
Garnish with mint and nutmeg

Rosita

Ingredients

1 ½ oz   4 Copas Organic Kosher Tequila Reposado
½ oz       Drapò Rosé Vermouth
¼ oz       Drapò Dry Vermouth
½ oz       TUVÉ Bitter
1 dash By the Dutch Classic Bitters
Garnish with lemon peel

Instructions

Add all ingredients to mixing glass with ice, stir
Strain into old fashioned glass with ice
Garnish with lemon peel

Ingredients

1oz Tuvè Bitter
1oz Drapò Rosso Vermouth
Soda water
Garnish with Orange Peel

Instructions

Add bitter and vermouth to glass with ice, stir
Top with soda
Garnish with orange peel

Tuvè Spritz

Ingredients

2 oz Prosecco
2 oz Tuvè Bitter
1 oz Club Soda

Instructions

Over ice, pour the Prosecco
Add the Tuvè Bitter with a splash of soda
Garnish with an olive

Smoke in America

Ingredients

1.5oz         Tuvè Drapò Gran Riserva
.75oz         Tuvè Bitters
.5oz            The Legendary Dark Silkie Irish Whiskey
1                  Bar spoon Tuvè Fernet

Instructions

Build in glass with ice, stir
