Ingredients

1 ½ oz   4 Copas Organic Kosher Tequila Reposado
½ oz       Drapò Rosé Vermouth
¼ oz       Drapò Dry Vermouth
½ oz       TUVÉ Bitter
1 dash By the Dutch Classic Bitters
Garnish with lemon peel

Instructions

Add all ingredients to mixing glass with ice, stir
Strain into old fashioned glass with ice
Garnish with lemon peel

Pink Negroni

Ingredients

1 oz Spirit of Hven Organic Gin
1 oz Drapò Rosè Vermouth
1 oz Tuvè Bitter

Instructions

Stir with ice in a cocktail mixer
Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with fresh ice
Garnish with orange half-wheel or large orange twist.

DRAPÒ Tonic

Ingredients

1 ½ oz  Drapò Rosè Vermouth
5 oz       Tonic
Ice

Instructions

Build in a highball glass 2/3 full of ice; stir.
