Ingredients

1 ½ oz Gaspard de M. Single Estate Bas Armagnac Blanche
¾ oz    Sherry
¾ oz    Drapo dry vermouth
2d        By the Dutch Bitters

Instructions

Add ingredients to mixing glass with ice, stir
Strain into chilled cocktail glass

Rosita

Ingredients

1 ½ oz   4 Copas Organic Kosher Tequila Reposado
½ oz       Drapò Rosé Vermouth
¼ oz       Drapò Dry Vermouth
½ oz       TUVÉ Bitter
1 dash By the Dutch Classic Bitters
Garnish with lemon peel

Instructions

Add all ingredients to mixing glass with ice, stir
Strain into old fashioned glass with ice
Garnish with lemon peel

Ingredients

2 oz     FAIR Quinoa Vodka
¾ oz    Drapo Dry Vermouth
¼ oz    Senior Genuine Orange Curacao Triple Sec
2d        By the Dutch Orange Bitters

Instructions

Stir all ingredients together.
Strain into martini glass or coupe

1oz      Stork House Straight Rye Whiskey
½         Lemon, juiced
Garnish with lemon peel

Instructions

Add ingredients to shaker with ice, shake
