Drapò Bianco Vermouth

*Trebbiano is a Italian and French grape variety that tends to be fruity with high acidity. Often used in Cognac and Armagnac.

Silver Adonis

Ingredients

1 ½ oz   Fino Sherry
1 ½ oz   Drapò Bianco Vermouth
2 dashes By the Dutch Orange Bitters
Garnish with lemon peel

Instructions

Add all ingredients to mixing glass with ice, stir
Strain into coupe
Garnish with lemon peel

White Mezcal Negroni

Ingredients

1 ½ oz   Buen Bicho Mezcal
¾ oz       Genziana 72
¾ oz       Drapò Bianco Vermouth
Garnish Lemon Peel

Instructions

Add all ingredients to mixing glass with ice, stir
Strain into a chilled glass with ice
Garnish with lemon peel

1 1/3 oz FAIR Juniper Gin
2/3 oz    Drapò Bianco Vermouth
2/3 oz    Lime Juice
1 Scoop Raspberry Ice Cream

Instructions

In a small serving bowl combine gin, vermouth, and lime juice
Place one scoop of raspberry ice cream in bowl and serve
