Ingredients

2oz         Spirit of Hven MerCurious Corn Whiskey
¾oz        Tuvè Black Note Amaro
½oz        Lemon Ice
½oz        Demerara Syrup (1:1 Raw Sugar to Water)

Instructions

Add ingredients to shaker with ice, shake
Strain into coupe

Donegal

Ingredients

2oz         The Legendary Dark Silkie Irish Whiskey
¾oz        Tuvè Amaro Black Note
¼oz        Senior & Co Clear Curaçao Liqueur
1 dash   By the Dutch Orange Bitters
Pairideaze Cherry

Instructions

Add all ingredients to missing glass, add ice and stir
Strain into chilled coup
Garnish with Pairideaze cherry

Mezcal Smoke on the Water

Ingredients

3⁄4 oz Buen Bicho Mezcal
3⁄4 oz Padró Blanco Reserva Vermouth
3⁄4 oz Black Note Amaro
1⁄2 oz Bailoni Wachauer Gold-Apricot Liqueur

Instructions

Add ingredients to mixing glass with ice, stir
Strain into rocks glass with large ice cube

By the Dutch Orange Bitters
Garnish with Pairideaze Cherry

Instructions

Add ingredients to a cocktail mixing glass
Add ice and stir briskly until well-chilled
