Product Overview

The Legendary Dark Silkie is blended as a tribute to historical rich, smoky Irish whiskeys. Irish peat is used, which is heather-based giving a softer oak and sweeter impression than Scottish peat. The Legendary Dark Silkie is not chill filtered creating a buttery, smoky, nuanced whiskey that will beckon a casual whiskey drinker to step into unfamiliar water.

Ingredients

2 oz     The Legendary Dark Silkie Irish Whiskey
¾ oz    TUVE Amaro Black Note
¼ oz    Senior Genuine Clear Curacao Triple Sec
1d        By the Dutch Orange Bitters

Instructions

Add ingredients to mixing glass with ice, stir
Strain into chilled coup

2oz         The Legendary Dark Silkie Irish Whiskey
¾oz        Tuvè Amaro Black Note
¼oz        Senior & Co Clear Curaçao Liqueur
1 dash   By the Dutch Orange Bitters
Pairideaze Cherry

Instructions

Add all ingredients to missing glass, add ice and stir
Strain into chilled coup
Garnish with Pairideaze cherry

Smokey Ginger Julip

Ingredients

1.5oz         The Legendary Silkie Irish Whiskey*
.5 oz          FAIR Ginger Liqueur
6                 Mint leaves
Garnish with mint sprig

Instructions

Gently muddle mint in glass with ginger liqueur
Add crushed ice to fill glass
Add Silkie Irish Whiskey and stir with upward motion to combine
Add more crushed ice until ice reaches top of glass
Garnish with mint sprig
Drink with a medal straw
