1 ½ oz   FAIR Juniper Gin
½ oz       FAIR Kumquat Triple Sec
½ oz       Honey Syrup (3:1 Water)
¾ oz       Lemon
1 d         By The Dutch Ginger Bitter
Lemon Peel Garnish

Instructions

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into coupe
Garnish with lemon peel
