2 oz     Polugar Single Malt Rye
¾ oz    Lemon Juice
½ oz    Orgeat
¼ oz    Senior Genuine Orange Curacao Triple Sec
Mint Bouquet for Garnish

Instructions

Add all ingredients to shaker with ice, shake

2 oz.    Gaspard de M. Single Estate Bas Armagnac Distiller’s Cut
½ oz.   Senior Genuine Orange Curacao Triple Sec
½ oz.   Lemon juice
½ oz.   Vergnano Maraschino Liqueur
2d        By the Dutch Classic Bitters
Sugar
Garnish with lemon peel

Instructions

Wet rocks glass with lemon, dip in sugar
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice, shake
Strain into glass with 1 small ice sube
Garnish with lemon peel

1oz         Senior’s Genuine Curacao Triple Sec
¾oz        TUVE Bitter
¼oz        Drapo Bianco
1d           By the Dutch Classic Bitters
1 ½oz    Bailoni Gold Apricot-Frizzante

Instructions

Add ingredients, not frizzante, to collins glass with ice, stir
Top with frizzante
Garnish with mint and nutmeg
