Bailoni Gold-Apricot Brandy

The Classic

Ingredients

1 oz   Bailoni Gold-Apricot Brandy
1 oz   FAIR Kumquat Triple Sec
1 tsp Lemon juice

Instructions

Add all ingredients to shaker with ice, shake
Double strain into cocktail glass

Apricot Sour

Ingredients

1 ¼ oz Bailoni Gold-Apricot Brandy
1 oz Lemon juice
1 oz Orange juice
Brown sugar

Instructions

Rim old fashioned glass with Bailoni Gold-Apricot
Brandy and cover it with brown sugar
Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice
Strain into glass
Garnish glass with orange zest and cherry
