Maritime Irish Coffee

Ingredients

1 ¾ oz           Currach Single Malt Atlantic Kombu Seaweed Cask Whiskey
½ – 1 t           Brown sugar
5 oz               Freshly brewed black coffee
2T                  Double cream
Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg

Instructions

Add Currach Whiskey and brown sugar to mug, stir until sugar is dissolved
Add fresh coffee and cream, gently stir
Garnish with grated nutmeg
