Ingredients

1oz             Spirit of Hven Organic Navy Strength Gin
.75oz         NV Absinthe Verte
.75oz         Lemon juice
.5oz           Vergnano Maraschino Liqueur

Instructions

Add all ingredients to shaker with ice, shake
Strain into chilled coup

Envy my Mo-Jito

Ingredients

¾ oz           NV Absinthe Verte
5 oz            Lemon soda
½                 Lime, juiced
6                  Mint leaves

Instructions

Add 3 mint leaves and squeeze juice of half lime into highball, muddle
Add absinthe and ice, stir
Top with lemon soda
Garnish with lime wedge and 3 remaining mint leaves

Bohemian Mule

Ingredients

1 ½ oz   NV Absinthe Verte
½ oz       Lime juice
4 oz        Ginger Beer

Instructions

Fill copper mug with NV Absinthe
Verte, lime, and ginger beer
Add ice and stir
Garnish with a lime wedge
