* Carminic acid is extracted from the female cochineal insect to produce carmine, an all natural colorant which can yield shades of crimson and scarlet.

Mezcal Negroni

Ingredients

1oz Mezcal Santa Pedrera
1oz Drapò Rosso Vermouth
1oz Tuvè Bitter
Orange Twist

Instructions

In a pint glass, combine ingredients and ice
Stir, strain into an ice-filled rocks glass
Garnish with an Orange twist

Tuvè Spritz

Ingredients

2 oz Prosecco
2 oz Tuvè Bitter
1 oz Club Soda

Instructions

Over ice, pour the Prosecco
Add the Tuvè Bitter with a splash of soda
Garnish with an olive
