Envy my Mo-Jito

Ingredients

¾ oz           NV Absinthe Verte
5 oz            Lemon soda
½                 Lime, juiced
6                  Mint leaves

Instructions

Add 3 mint leaves and squeeze juice of half lime into highball, muddle
Add absinthe and ice, stir
Top with lemon soda
Garnish with lime wedge and 3 remaining mint leaves
